  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1 C. whipping cream
  • 1/2 C. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 9" pie shell, bought or homemade

Preheat 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, beat eggs lightly. Mix in brown sugar, cream, maple syrup and vanilla. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. If you desire, serve with whipped topping.
