Maple-Walnut Butter Tarts
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 C. corn syrup
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. maple flavoring
- 1 C. pecans or walnuts
- 24 frozen tart shells, thawed
Directions
Beat eggs lightly with fork in bowl. Add corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, and maple flavoring; stir until blended. Spoon walnuts or pecans evenly into tart shells; pour in filling two-thirds full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until set and golden.
