  • 2 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
  • ½ sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ready graham cracker crust
  • 3 Tbsp. red berry preserves
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer. Add eggs and beat. Pour into crust and place reserves on top of batter. Cut through batter a few times for marble pattern. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool and let refrigerate for several hours.
