Margarita Ice Cream Cake Parfait

- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 limes, plus wedges for garnish
- 1 container vanilla ice cream (in square/rectangle container)
- 6 oz. tequila, plus 1 oz. per serving
- 16 oz. cool whip
Bake cake according to box instructions. In a small mixing bowl, mix lime juice and tequila. Poke at least a dozen wholes in the cake, and brush this mixture over it, letting the juice and tequila soak in. Let the cake cool completely, then break up and crumble. In parfait glasses, or similar serving glasses (mason jars would work well), toss some cake crumbs into the bottom, then add a scoop of ice cream, and a layer of cool whip. Repeat this layer once more, then pour 1 shot of tequila atop the whole thing. Give a small squeeze of lime then place the wedge on the glass edge for garnish and enjoy! Please cake responsibly.
