Serving Size / Yield
- 1 Pre-made pizza crust
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 cloves roasted garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup your favorite pizza or tomato sauce
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced into 1/2 inch thick pieces
- 2 plum tomatoes, sliced (or any tomato you like)
- fresh basil
- pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
In a small bowl, blend oil and garlic together.
Brush oil mixture on top of crust.
Now spread pizza sauce on the crust.
Add mozzarella cheese next, then add tomatoes.
Bake for 14-16 minutes.
Top with basil and pepper.
