Marinade for Steak and Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 C. salad oil
- 1 1/2 C. soy sauce
- 1/2 C. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 C. dry mustard
- 5 tsp. salt
- 1 C. red wine vinegar
- 3 tsp. parsley flakes
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 2/3 C. lemon juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinade meat overnight for best flavor. Sauce can be stored in refrigerator and used over and over, but not when using chicken.
