Marinated Carrots
Ingredients
- 4 cans carrots or fresh, cooked carrots
- 1/2 C. oil
- 1/2 C. vinegar
- 1 tsp. French's Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 C. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 C. chopped red pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat together everything except the carrots. Add the carrots and marinate and refrigerate.This is best made several days ahead and it is a good keeper!
