  • 1 lb. feta cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 1/2 C. olive oil
  • 1/2 C. balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. fresh oregano

Place feta cheese in a bowl. In screw top jar, mix all ingredients except for feta cheese. Shake well. Pour mixture over bowl. Cover and marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
