This light, simple recipe marinates chunks of mango overnight in a mixture of lemon juice with herbs and spices for a tart, sweet, and spicy treat. If you'd like to add a fruity touch with a bit more crunch to it, pour in chunks of one large green apple before marinating.

  • 2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
