  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. ketchup
  • 6 pork chops
  • Wedge fries, as needed
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 C cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Vinegar, for dressing
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.

Place pork chops in a cookie sheet and pour 1/2 the sauce on top.

Bake pork chops for 30 minutes. Flip to the other side, pour the remaining sauce on top and bake for 30 minutes more.

Follow cooking instructions for wedge fries.

Chop up lettuce and slice tomatoes into rounds. Place in a bowl and pour vinegar and oil on top. Toss to coat.

Serve pork chops, wedge fries and salad on a plate.
