Great slaw for any lunch or dinner. Goes well with BBQ.

Ingredients

  • 3 pkgs. angel hair cabbage
  • 2 purple onions, sliced paper thin
  • 2 sweet peppers, sliced paper thin
  • 1 C. malt vinegar
  • 1 C. canola oil
  • 2 Tbs. celery seed
  • 1 C. sugar or Splenda

Directions

Layer cabbage, peppers and onions. Bring oil, viniger & celery seed to rolling boil. Drizzle over vegetables. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Leftovers last for several weeks.
