  • 1/4 C soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1/4 C salt
  • 1/4 C pepper
  • Wedge fries, as needed
  • Ketchup, for dipping

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Add steak in and coat in mixture.

Heat oil in skillet and cook steak. Cook steak until brown on both sides, about 10 minutes.
