This slightly spicy sauce works well with cooked and chilled shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. chili sauce
  • 1 oz. tomato juice
  • 1 oz. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 oz. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire

Directions

Combine all ingredients until well blended.
