This is really delicious icing.

Ingredients

  • 2 l/2 C. sugar
  • l/2 C. water
  • 4 Tbs. marshmallow cream
  • 3 egg whites

Directions

Boil sugar and water to soft-ball stage, 238 degrees. Add to syrup the marshmallow cream. Pour syrup in a fine stream over stiffy beaten egg whites. Beat until stiff enough to spread.
