  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 ½ C. raspberry jam
  • 12 marshmallows

Begin by preheating the oven to 375° degrees F.. In a medium bowl, combine the butter and egg into the yellow cake mix. Place the dough into a greased pan. Let it bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Remove pan from oven and top evenly with raspberry jam. Top the raspberry layer with marshmallows. Place the bars in oven again for about 2 minutes or until the marshmallows are lightly toasted. Dab a bit of the raspberry jam on the toasted marshmallows. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes before cutting.
