Mary's Irish Cream Brownies

I like playing with recipes, making the ordinary extra ordinary. I tried this using a store bought packaged brownie mix and added my own idea. They were gone within the hour.

  • 1 box brownie mix - 1 lb. 2.3 oz.
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C. Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur
  • 1/2 C. canola oil

Add ingredients one by one into large bowl and mix until well blended. I beat the eggs a little before adding.

Pour into a prepared 6 x 12 baking dish and back for 25 min at 350. Open the oven door and turn off oven and let set 5 to 10 min. Then remove from oven to finish cooling.

Cut and serve.
