This is best way to eat crab-meat!

Serving Size / Yield

4-6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, mashed
  • 6 Tbs. olive oil
  • 3 Tbs. wine vinegar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • pinch salt
  • pinch crushed red pepper
  • pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
  • 6 fresh parsley sprigs, leaves only, minced
  • 1 lb. fresh lump crabmeat
  • Boston lettuce leaves

Directions

Mix garlic into the oil with a fork. Add vinegar to garlic and oil. Then add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, red and black pepper, mustard and parsley. Mix well together. Discard bits of garlic. Arrange crabmeat on chilled lettuce leaves. Spoon the dressing over.
