  • 8oz Mascarpone Cheese
  • ¾ C Sour Cream
  • 1 C Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ C Fresh Chives, chopped
  • Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Begin this recipe for mascarpone and chive dip by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add your bacon and let cook for about six to eight minutes or until browned and crispy. Remove from the heat once finished and let drain on paper towels.

Continue by mixing together the mascarpone cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and half of your chives in a large bowl. Stir in the chopped bacon once it has cooled. Season the bowl with salt and pepper to your taste and then transfer into a glass baking dish.

Set your dish in the oven to bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling. Garnish with fresh chives on top and serve warm.
