McCormick and Schmick Copycat Panko Crusted Fish

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets, deboned and skin removed
- 1 cup panko
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Combine lemon zest, parsley, panko, and olive oil, stir mixture until ingredients are thoroughly combined
Brush the mustard on top of the fillets.
Dip fillets in the panko mixture, making sure fillets are covered evenly
Bake fillets for 10 minutes in oven then in broiler for another minute
