  • ¼ pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 burger buns
  • Ketchup and mustard, along with any toppings you prefer
  • ½ teaspoon bouillon granules

Mix the beef and onion powder together in a bowl. Then roll the beef into two equally sized balls and press each ball between sheets of wax paper until they’re very thin, about 1/8 inch.

Over medium heat, briefly toast the buns in a frying pan and then move onto a plate. Layer on the ketchup, mustard, and any other toppings you want. Grill the patties in the frying pan 2-3 minutes per side, seasoning with bouillon as you go. Place the burgers on the patties and assemble it your preferred way and eat up!
