  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 C water
  • 1 C flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tps garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/8 tsp paprika

Pound the chicken fillets until ¼-inch thick, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the egg and water in a shallow bowl and mix until beaten.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, allspice and paprika in a gallon sized zip lock bag.
Place chicken fillets into bag and shake until each piece is evenly coated, then coat in egg wash. Repeat the flour-mixture and egg wash coatings once more.
Using a deep fryer or frying skillet, fry the chicken pieces at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
