Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 C. bread cubes
  • 1/2 C. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. dried onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tbsp. green pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 C. sour cream
  • 1/8 C. dried onions
  • 1/4 Tbs. parsley
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • Pinch of oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

Mix all meatball ingredients and form balls. Bake or fry until done. Combine sauce ingredients, pour over meatballs. Simmer at least 2 hours or cook 4 to 5 hours in crockpot. Serve over rice.
