Meat Lover's Pizza Casserole

This is a great recipe for carb-watchers who crave pizza because it eliminates the crust all together!

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 15 oz. can pizza sauce
  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 3 1/2 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni, quartered
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2-qt baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degreesĀ for 40-45 minute or until heated through.
