  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 lg. baking potatoes
  • 1 can peas (with liquid)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 med. onion
  • salt and pepper

Use a 3-qt. casserole dish. Press the raw meat into the bottom of the dish. Next, slice onions and put in next. Slice the potatoes very thin and lay on top of onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the peas over the potatoes and then the tomato soup. Cover with lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
