  • 1½ lb Ground Beef
  • ¾ cup Panko
  • ½ cup Finely Chopped Mushrooms
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Minced Fresh Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Sesame Oil
  • Cooking Spray
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Onion, Sliced
  • Skewers

Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the meatball ingredients mentioned above into the ground beef. Mold meatballs and place in a pan.
Bake until brown for 15 to 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Then start placing meatballs on skewers with a slice of onion and tomato in between each meatball.
