  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 C. Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 C. Romano cheese
  • 1/4 C. onion, chopped
  • 1 C. marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 Tbs parsley, chopped, to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix remaining ingredients except for sauce in a large bowl. Form mixture into 24 meatballs. Place meatballs on a prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Pour sauce over meatballs. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley, if desired.
