Ingredients

  • 6 to 10 medium potatoes
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • d1 bunch green onions
  • 3 Tbs. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbs. melted butter
  • 1/3 C. bread crumbs

Directions

Cook potatoes in salt water until soft. Cool, peel and grate. Add sour cream, cheese, onions, milk, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and pour into a buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. Combine butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
