Ingredients
- 24 oz. beef, ground, extra lean, raw
- 1/2 C. cheese, low fat, cheddar
- 3/4 C. oats
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 C. onions, raw
- 1 C. tomato juice
Directions
Combine all the ingredients thoroughly and pack into a loaf pan which has been lined with aluminum foil. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
