Meatloaf with a Twist
Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 C. cracker crumbs
- 1 18-oz. bottle Pace picante salsa
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Add all ingredients together in a large bowl, and mix well. Place in a loaf pan and bake in a 350-degree oven for about an hour and a half. Drain grease from pan every so often.
