  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 C. banana peppers
  • 5-7 salami slices
  • 5-7 pepperoni slices
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 C. baby spinach leaves
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Preheat oven to 350. Lay bread open-faced and drizzle the oil and vinegar on each half. Spread the banana peppers onto the bread. Evenly layer the salami, pepperoni, and cheese on each half. Sprinkle red pepper flakes to taste and place on a baking sheet. Cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
