  • Potato Pancakes:
  • 6 potatoes, sliced and peeled
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T. sour cream
  • 2 T. flour
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • Meat Filling:
  • ½ lb. ground pork
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 T. water
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper

For the potato pancakes, grate the potatoes. Place them in a large bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine the meat filling. Preheat a skillet. Pour olive oil into the skillet. Let it warm up. Spoon the potato filling onto the skillet. Place a spoon full of the meat mixture on to the potato filling. Place another spoon full of potato filling on top of the meat mixture. Turn potato pancake over once it's browned. Brown both sides. Repeat with remaining potato and meat mixture. Serve and enjoy.
