A thick tortilla with a load of vegetables and grilled chicken is the perfect snack for these hot summer days. You can make your own dip for this recipe, we suggest making a spicy mayo sauce to add some spice to your meal.

  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 lbs. chicken
  • 1 pickle, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 T. coconut oil
  • 4 whole grain tortillas

Directions

Place the zucchini, grilled chicken,pickles, and red bell peppers in a bag and drizzle them with the coconut oil. Add salt and pepper if you’d like. Then place the seasoned meat and toppings on a skillet over medium heat. You should flip the vegetables and meat with spatula for about 10 minutes. Once they are finished, spread each tortilla and top with the mixed veggies and grilled chicken. Finally, roll each side of the tortilla to form a wrap.
