Mediterranean Chicken Wraps
- 4 fillets Italian Style Purdue Perfect Portions chicken breasts
- 1/3 C. Italian style bread crumbs
- 4 sun-dried tomato light Flat Out wraps
- baby spinach leaves
- onion, thinly sliced
- tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbs. feta cheese
- Italian dressing
Coat chicken with bread crumbs, and bake in uncovered baking dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool, then slice.
Place spinach, sliced chicken, onion and tomato on the sun dried tomato wrap. Sprinkle with feta cheese, and drizzle with Italian Dressing.
Roll the wrap.
