  • 2 T. olive oil
  • ½ C. white wine of your choice
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and cut into quarters
  • 12oz. whole wheat spaghetti
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions; drain all but one cup of water and pour pasta into crockpot. Pour remaining ingredients over the noodles and season to taste. Stir slightly, cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until the noodles are done and the artichokes are tender. Serve hot.
