Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz.) pkg. orzo pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 C. roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 C. Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/2 C. fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 C. sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 5 Tbs. pesto sauce
  • 1/4 C. Italian dressing

Directions

Cook orzo in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain orzo. Add remaining ingredients except for dressing. Drizzle with Italian dressing, and mix together well. Chill before serving.
