Mediterranean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/3 C. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 1 lb. feta, cubed
- 2 cucumbers, sliced thin lengthwise (using a mandolin)
- 3 C. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red onion, sliced thin (using a mandolin)
- 2 bell peppers, julienned
- 1 head romaine, chopped
- 1 Tbs. rosemary, chopped

Directions
Mix the first 7 ingredients together and refrigerate.
In a large bowl, add the Romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, and top with the cubed feta and rosemary.
Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve immediately.
