Ingredients
- Brownie Cupcake:
- 3/4 C. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
- 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 C. butter, cut
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Chocolate Ganache Frosting:
- 3 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped
- ½ C. heavy whipping cream

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a mini cupcake-baking sheet with mini liners. For the brownies add all of your ingredients into a mixing bowl. Make sure not to over mix the mixture, you want it to be thick. If it becomes too soft add more flour. Add the brownie mixture into the liners. Place them into the oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile make the chocolate ganache frosting by melting the semisweet chocolate in the microwave. Add in the heavy whipping cream once the chocolate has melted. Mix until it is smooth. Remove the mini brownies from the oven and place them on a cooling sheet. Drizzle the ganache on each mini brownie. Add a little extra whip cream on top for a nice touch.
