  • 6 Tbs. of butter
  • 4 Tbs. sugar
  • 5 Tbs. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 oz. chocolate bar
  • 4 Tbs. blueberry jam
  • 2 Tbs. almond slices

In a lightly buttered muffin baking cup, place half a tablespoon of almond slices in the bottom of each muffin baking cup. Chop chocolate into uniform pieces and put them and 6 tablespoons of butter into a bowl. Heat 1 cup of hot water in a saucepan over low heat and place the chocolate bowl over the hot water. When chocolate starts to be melt, turn off the heat and stir frequently. When chocolate is almost melted, remove the chocolate bowl from the saucepan and stir until smooth and completely melted. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and add to the chocolate bowl. Then add sugar, flour, and mix well. Pour the batter into each muffin baking cup up to halfway point. Put 1 tablespoon of blueberry jam on top of each cup of batter and pour on the rest of batter. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
