Mexican Bean Salad

Ingredients
- one 15-oz. garbanzo beans, drained
- one 15-oz. can pinto beans, drained
- one 15-oz. can cut green beans, drained
- 1 sm. onion, sliced
- 1/2 C. chopped celery
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. vinegar
- 1/4 C. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 pickled jalapenos, seeded, rinsed, and chopped
Directions
In a large bowl, combine garbanzo beans, pinto beans, green beans, onion, and celery. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and jalapenos. Mix well. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss. Cover and chill at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
