  • 2 lbs. round steak, cut into cubes
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 red tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 C. canned kidney beans
  • 1/2 C. canned, chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbs. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs. prepared yellow mustard

Drain kidney beans and jalapenos. Mix together meat, pepper, garlic salt, chili powder and mustard in a large pot. Cover with onion, tomatoes, crushed bouillon cube, beans and jalapenos. Mix well. Cover the pot and cook over medium-high heat for 40 to 45 minutes.
