Mexican Burrito Filling

The proper way to cook beef or pork for a Mexican burrito.

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. of beef or pork- you may chop the meat or cook it whole for shredded meat.
  • 4 cans of green sauce
  • 2 tomatillos, chopped in processor
  • 2 C. of water
  • red pepper, black pepper, garlic salt, red buffalo, or a Louisiana hot sauce.

Chop meat up into 1 in. cubes or cook whole for shredded meat. Chop tomatillos in food processor. Put everything in a large pan with a cover. Cook for approximately 3-4 hours, stirring often.
