  • 1 lb. chicken, shredded
  • 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 2 (16-oz.) can black beans
  • 1 (16-oz.) can corn
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 2 (8-oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (16-oz.) Mexican cheese, shredded

Preheat oven at 350 degree F. Cook chicken in vegetable oil until it looks cooked. Mix with beans, corn, salsa and tomato sauce until coated well. Place mixture in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is melted.
