Mexican Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 C. corn chips
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 C. of mild cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/2 C. milk
- Rice ~ based on the number you will be serving
Directions
Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix soup, 1/1/2 C. cheese, milk and seasoning mix. Spoon over chicken. Top with corn chips. Cover. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes remove cover top with remaining 1/2 C. cheese. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or till cheese is melted serve with rice.
