Mexican Cinnamon Chips

If you are in the mood for something sweet and crunchy then this is the best dessert for you. This is really simple to make and tastes so much better than a chocolate chip cookie.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. of large flour tortillas
  • Oil
  • Cinnamon and Sugar

Directions

Mix cinnamon and sugar. Cut tortillas up into 6 triangle shapes each. Fry until slightly golden.  Drain.  Sprinkle immediately with the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Serve with honey.

  • You can also brush melted butter on the tortillas. Then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top and bake at 350 for about 5 minutes on each side. Awesome either way.
