This dip is like a combination of guacamole and taco dip!

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • one 10-oz. can bean dip
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • one 6-oz. can chopped black olives, drained

Peel, pit, and mash avocados.  Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.  Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.  To assemble, spread bean dip on a large platter.  Cover with avocado mixture.  Top with sour cream mixture.  Sprinkle with green onions, cheese, tomatoes, and olives.  Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.
