Ingredients
- 2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 C. Shredded Monterey Jack
- 1/2 C. green Taco Sauce (or red) or green enchilada sauce
- 3 Eggs
Directions
Prehear oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl,, combine Cheddar and Monterey cheeses. In a small bowl combine taco sauce and eggs until they are thoroughly blended. In a 9x9-inch baking pan, place half the cheese. Pour taco sauce mixture over cheese; top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes in the oven.
To serve, cut into 1-inch squares and place on tortilla, corn or nacho chips. Let cool 5 minutes before cutting. Sprinkle top with Parmesan Cheese.
