Mexican Linguine

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 jar garden style salsa
- 1 C. frozen corn
- 1 4 oz. can chopped chilies
- 3/4 C. water
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 lb. linguine pasta
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown beef and onions in large skillet until the beef is browned and the onions are done. Stir in salsa, corn, chilies, taco mix and water. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Cook the pasta according to the package. toss cooked pasta with meat mixture and top with the cheese.
