Mexican Meatball Stew
Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen meatballs
- 1 lb. bag of Garden blend Fiesta style frozen vegetables
- Frozen chopped onions and peppers to taste
- 1 14.5-oz. can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
- 1 can water
- Frozen corn to taste
- 1 8-oz. jar of salsa (mild, medium or hot)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Heat on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-4 hours. Serve with corn bread.
