  • 1 lb. frozen meatballs
  • 1 lb. bag of Garden blend Fiesta style frozen vegetables
  • Frozen chopped onions and peppers to taste
  • 1 14.5-oz. can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can water
  • Frozen corn to taste
  • 1 8-oz. jar of salsa (mild, medium or hot)

Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Heat on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-4 hours. Serve with corn bread.
