Mexican Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 box Kraft Velveeta Mac-n-Cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1 sm. green pepper, diced
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 can Mexicorn
- 1/4 C. shredded cheese
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions
Prepare Mac-n-cheese according to package directions. In the meantime, fry ground beef until just slightly pink and then add peppers and onions. Cook until onions and peppers are tender and the beef is browned. Drain beef, onions and peppers and add to the macaroni. Add chilli powder, salsa and Mexicorn. Top with shredded cheese.
