  • 5 C. cooked brown rice
  • 1 C. bacon bits
  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
